Common issues

My purchase didn’t apply

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Restore Purchases
3. If it still doesn’t work, email us your Apple ID email and we’ll sort it out.

I lost my progress

Campaign progress is saved to your account. Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used previously.

The game is crashing

1. Close and reopen the app
2. If it keeps crashing, email us:
   • Device model
   • iOS version

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
